Full – stack Developer

We’re seeking full stack software engineers who can own complete features end-to-end, from database design through frontend implementation to production deployment. We’re building a new platform for insurance companies to manage insurance policies, claims workflows, and payment processing, spanning both internal insurance agency workflows and external-facing websites for insurance customers and insurance agents. You’ll work using modern development practices with AI-assisted coding tools.

• Design and implement complete features spanning database, API, and user interface layers
• Build scalable backend APIs with Python FastAPI and optimize PostgreSQL database queries
• Create responsive, accessible React/TypeScript interfaces with modern component patterns
• Own the entire development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Vercel with automated CI/CD pipelines
• Configure cloud services including AWS Cognito, RDS, Lambda, S3, and CloudFront
• Manage environment strategy across development, testing, staging, and production
• Implement proper secrets management and security best practices

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to ship features rapidly
• Participate in daily deployments with rapid iteration cycles
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Collaborate with distributed team using GitHub for version control and pull requests

• Can be given encompassing problems and independently architect solutions
• Comfortable working across the full stack without relying on specialized roles
• Experienced with modern development workflows and quick to ramp up on new technologies
• Able to balance speed of delivery with code maintainability and scalability

• Backend: Python FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy ORM
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern React patterns (hooks, context, component composition), Material UI
• Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS (Cognito, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront), Vercel, GitHub Actions
