The Challenge
In 2023, Dyson launched a partnership with itMatch to support the rapid growth of its Global IT & Business Services Hub in Kraków. While Dyson is a globally recognized brand, its employer visibility in the Polish IT market was limited.
In addition to visibility, the recruitment project had to bridge international corporate culture with local expectations – aligning hiring managers from Singapore, the UK, and Bangalore with a diverse Kraków-based talent pool.
Our Solution
We deployed a dedicated team of 3 on-site recruiters, fully integrated into Dyson’s Kraków operations. As part of our RPO model, we:
- Aligned with Dyson’s global way of working,
- Adapted quickly to internal systems and tools,
- Managed end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles,
- Focused on scale, pipeline diversity, and speed.
Rather than obsessing over “perfect-fit” candidates, the priority was to build strong, high-volume pipelines across critical roles.
The Outcome
Within the first year, itMatch successfully hired 36+ professionals across IT and business services – including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Cyber Threat Analysts, Software Engineers, and more. The team became an extension of Dyson’s recruitment function, operating efficiently while maintaining global standards.
