So, how are we evolving in 2025 to be able to make a similar trip again?
The team-building event in Kenya was both a time for regeneration and planning our actions for 2024. The past year brought many challenges and changes due to the ongoing global crisis, but it also motivated me to intensify efforts and aim for more exotic team-building trips.
You might ask what we want to do to be able to integrate again? I won’t bore you with numerical targets but will instead focus on their context:

➡️ There are no “best candidates”; there are the best-matched ones 🤝 – We don’t automate candidate interaction but build direct relationships. We learn about our candidates’ needs to better match them with open positions for our clients.
➡️ You search, we find 🔎 – New work tools, fresh ideas for the recruitment process – we’re increasing our efficiency.
➡️ We’re not staying behind – we’re becoming more “tech-savvy” too 🧐 – We are automating data aggregation processes and developing our candidate database systems!
