  • Proactive pipeline management for current and upcoming roles. As a team, we always try to think broadly – we found a great candidate with a mobile background.
  • There is no role for them right now, but maybe the manager has plans for development in that direction in the coming months? We always check

Market overview:

  • Market intelligence sharing based on candidate feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Syncs with managers and the team aren’t just about current topics, but also exchanging insights and market information – to better align processes and what we can offer candidates

Process optimization:

  • We know that optimization is crucial- as we get to know team dynamics and refine our approach, we try to implement changes as quickly as possible.
  • The market is dynamic, and so are we
