Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative AI solutions. You will independently design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms, contributing to the advancement of AI technologies at BlackLine. You will optimize AI systems for scalability and performance, conduct in-depth data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You’ll Get To:
- Independently design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, and real-time applications. – Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
- Prototype and test AI applications, refining techniques to improve model accuracy.
- Develop and maintain AI pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers.
- Mentor junior AI engineers.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML frameworks.
- Anticipate deployment needs and automate processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). – Experience in data modeling, engineering, and big data analysis.
- AI deployment and DevOps expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud Vertex.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools.
- Building and deploying API-based microservices.
- Expertise in preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- SQL and database knowledge.
- Big data technologies: BigQuery, Snowflake, Spark.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
