Senior React Native Developer (Expo)

We are looking for a Mobile specialist to join Vatix, a fast-growing SaaS company founded in London and Kraków. The company is on a mission to bring a fresh, user-centric approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance software, with a particular focus on Health & Safety and Operational Excellence. 

Your mission will be to take a pivotal role in developing and evolving mission-critical mobile applications that ensure the safety of lone workers and operational staff. You will be focused on building a new incident management mobile application.

• Taking a pivotal role in developing and maintaining mobile applications built with React Native, Expo, and Tamagui.
• Focusing on writing the new mobile application for incident management.
• Collaborating closely with the frontend, backend, and design teams , all of whom are based in Kraków.
• Ensuring mobile applications are optimised for a seamless user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to maintain high code quality.
• Providing support for web development, for example, by conducting code reviews.

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 3+ years with React Native (minimum 3-4 years required ).
• Experience with Expo and its ecosystem.
• Experience with web-based React and a solid understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript ES6+, HTML, CSS).
• Expected to use AI tools in daily work.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
