Join Opendoor’s central data team—an organization where data scientists are embedded across business units to drive strategy and impact at scale. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and operations leadership to develop AI-powered solutions that create the world’s best AI home assessor.

• Analyze and improve the home assessment process using 500+ property data points and millions of transactions.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and models to spot issues, automate workflows, and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate daily with teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure data-driven improvements.
• Monitor model accuracy, conduct A/B tests, and report insights to leadership.
• Drive building evals for AI products
• Be a founding Data team member for Poland office and help drive data-led culture

• 5+ years experience in analytics or data science (Python, SQL, statistics).
• Prior work in tech, marketplace operations, or real estate preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly.

• Experience in operational analytics or AI deployment.
• Background in real estate data, valuation, or computer vision.
