As January is a great time for reflection on the past year, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the milestones we achieved with our client Qualtrics in 2024.
It was an exciting challenge, involving a significant number of roles to close in a relatively short period, and we are proud to say that we succeeded.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
• 100% Target Achieved!
• We successfully closed 140 roles, working hand in hand with Qualtric’s internal talent team. This accomplishment showcases our commitment to understanding our client’s needs and delivering results that meet expectations.
• Impressive Interview Volume: With over 2,500 interviews conducted, our efforts translated to an average of 11 interviews per day! This high volume reflects a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent
• Achieving a success rate of 9% is a significant accomplishment, particularly given the demanding nature of our client’s requirements.
• Effective Direct Sourcing: We engaged more than 500 candidates
through direct sourcing strategies, broadening our talent pool, and ensuring we provided a diverse range of qualified individuals for consideration.
