About Małgorzata Piotrowska

Hi, my name is Małgorzata but you can call me Gosia. My journey at itMatch began in 2016 when I started working onsite for one of our clients. I spent there almost 4 years and learned a lot! I have crossed over into different roles, like IT recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, temporary office coordinator, HR & Benefits support, University relations specialist, and much more without an official title ;) Crossing that path help me understand what are my strength and what I would like to do professionally. That's why I decided in the middle of 2022 to take the new role and start my new journey inside itMatch. And here I am, as a Business Support Lead I am taking care of office and staff, supporting HR & benefits on daily basis, dealing with accountancy, organizing all internal events for employees, and also coordinating the recruitment processes for two clients. Yes, it's a lot but I don't like boredom. Besides that, I am a book lover with a mission to build a private library (already have over 600 books and still buying new ones). I also love traveling, and activities such as yoga, cycling, and long walks- perfectly along with my german shepherd- Rubi.
