I'm Patrycja, and for four years, I've had the incredible opportunity to be part of Krakow's dynamic IT scene. I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the growth and innovation that drive both agile startups and established corporations. Whether helping a startup find its next key engineer or building a robust team for a large-scale project, I thrive on the challenge of matching the right people with the right roles. Outside of work, you'll often find me exploring Krakow's design scene. I'm particularly fascinated by the city's blend of modern and historical styles.
