  Job Description Tipico is looking for an IT Administrator to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day,  you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team  members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.  

Your playing field: 

  • Ensure a consistent standard of customer service is maintained, both  onsite and remotely. 
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Corporate IT team to deliver top-notch IT  support services across all Tipico Group offices. 
  • Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues as part of incident management, request fulfilment processes, and infrastructure projects to  enhance tools and services for customers. 
  • Take ownership of reported issues and provide regular communication on  the status and progress. 
  • Troubleshoot and address hardware, operating system, and software  issues for Windows, Mac OSX, Windows, and mobile devices, including  data recovery. 
  • Contribute to the internal IT support procurement process. 
  • Get involved in IT-related Projects. 
  • Manage user accounts, groups, passwords, and mailboxes in corporate  systems such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, InTune,  Exchange Servers (Office 365), and other specified systems. Maintain operational documentation, including Knowledge Base articles  and Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Contribute to the enhancement of IT Service Management standards and  processes. 

IT environments are dynamic, and being adaptable to changes, emerging  technologies, and new challenges is important. Which skills should you bring to the pitch: 

  • Expertise: Over 3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environment. 
  • Service Excellence: Demonstrated strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards and processes. 
  • Robust Skillset: Proficient in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft  Admin Portal, InTune, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting. 
  • Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with MAC equipment. 
  • Ticketing Systems: Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk or similar.  
  • Network Understanding: Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups. 
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
