The chosen candidate will partner with both itMatch’s sourcing team and Ocado’s HR, to cover a wide range of responsibilities in the following area:

Recruitment Team management: 

  • manage a recruitment team on a day to day basis
  • provide support to new team members
  • build their professional career
  • guide and mentor them on a daily basis
  • work closely on delivering the high-class recruitment service
  • build the team of top skilled IT recruiters serving stellar service and being a partner to technical hiring managers

Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process:

  • improve and upgrading the processes to the newest and best practices
  • identify proactive methods of recruitment
  • ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation
  • working with potential recruitment vendors
  • research the IT recruitment market in regard to the recruitment trends and present the findings to the client’s management team
  • produce and present recruitment reports
  • work on introducing new recruitment tools

Client’s recruitment service:

  • Partner closely with Recruitment Partner and the Site Leader as well as cooperating with the client’s and itMatch leadership team
  • being a part of the strategic decision-making team
  • provide and consistently ensure a high quality of service for a business
  • provide support to hiring managers and guide them on their staffing needs
  • liaise with hiring managers on headcount requirements
  • build a professional network to share and gain market knowledge by attending the conferences and meeting

Employer Branding: 

  • build the employer brand through recruitment
  • working with the business on a company strategy
  • preparing a calendar of EB activities
  • being a part of the group responsible for building the internal and external EB message

Requirements:

  • Team Leader with min. 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Wide knowledge of IT technologies and familiarity with social networks tools
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills, ability to motivate and mentor people
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment
  • Task and time management skills – planning and organising skills
  • Teamwork, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in short terms
  • Ability to work independently with limited management supervision
