About Joanna Pierzchała

Hi, I'm Asia and I've been at itMatch since the end of 2021, but mentally I feel connected to them for much longer. I'm a Recruitment Coordinator, so new challenges and sudden changes of plan are a daily occurrance for me. Currently, as a Recruitment Coordinator at Remitly, I work with every person involved in the recruitment process. These are people from different parts of the world. I am in charge of improving and updating the procedure and processes or working with data. Previously, I worked as RC with Ocado Technology where I was mainly responsible for the internship and graduate programs.
