My name is Klaudia I have been working at IT Match since 2020, however, my journey with the recruitment industry began in 2014. Od dawna wiadomo, że nic nie wzbudza tylu dyskusji co polityka i pieniądze. Jako wyspecjalizowana agencja rekrutacyjna nie mamy zamiaru poruszać pierwszego z wymienionych tematów, jednak uznaliśmy, że warto przyjrzeć się finansom, a konkretnie, jawności wynagrodzeń w branży IT. Czy widełki płacowe powinny być podawane już w ogłoszeniu? Jeśli nie, to dlaczego?
