About Magdalena Świgut

I started my journey in IT recruitment in November 2023 and I work as part of the Qualtrics team. Building relationships with candidates is what I value the most at my work - that’s why I am a recruitment coordinator since April 2022. Every day is an opportunity to meet new candidates which is exciting. I like the fact that my work is helpful for many people. I am a person who likes to combine communication skills with being organized - this helps me to schedule every interview on time. Personally, I love long walks with my dog Luna.
